This training is designed for all employees with the focus on mutual respect. We will be taking a closer look at some of the major aspects of respect. Although designed for the workplace, these concepts and skills will spill over into our personal lives as well. Working Effectively With Multi-Generations
This training is designed for all employees to learn about generational differences in the workplace and how commonly-held stereotype about age and generation can impact relationships and create misunderstandings. Covers the defining characteristics of the four workplace generations and how to recognize issues and situations that arise due to generational diversity. |
Discovering Your Diversity Profile
We use the DiSC Diversity Profile® to help participants examine their own viewpoints and attitudes about workforce diversity and how their behaviors may affect others. Participants will get specific information on how to limit the influence of stereotypes, reduce conflict, and embrace diversity as a source of team and organizational strength. |
Cultural Awareness & Sensitivity
In this training, participants learn that small acts of insensitivity, rudeness, and carelessness can quickly cause people to feel devalued and unappreciated. Focus in on becoming aware of how one’s own cultural values and beliefs influence attitudes and behaviors and ways to be sensitive to other points of view and cultures. |
